No program is the same, because each of us holds our bio-individuality and uniqueness unlike anyone.
This is why I only offer 3 - 12 month programs. There is no overnight fix or a 21 day reset. Over the course of these months we will be able to reprogram and apply new habits with the accountability + guidance you need for lasting transformation.
